The Gallic Kitchen was started in Dublin around twenty years ago with a shop and a production kitchen. We produce handmade pies, tarts, quiches, relishes, chutneys, jams and marmalade along with many other items. There are no additives or preservatives in our food. A year ago, we moved to Durrow, Co Laois, where we set up a commercial kitchen and, subsequently, opened a shop in Abbeyleix, which is open 7 days a week. We sell a range of our produce there, alongside an ever-expanding range of delicatessen foods. We are continuing to increase our catering side offering a personal service for both large and small events. We also sell our produce at Farmers' Markets and at festival events throughout the year.  |
